ART WORKSHOPS
AT MUD AND WOOL
We feel that it is important for our general well being to ignite our creative sides. We have a wonderful studio space on site where we run workshops. If you are interested in coming to a workshop whilst staying with us at Tylau Cottages please let us know by contacting us . Jo is a weaver and runs weaving classes in freestyle weaving and Adam runs workshops in pottery. Classes are for everyone from absolute beginner to more experienced artists. Freestyle Weaving Workshop with Jo
Personal tuition maximum 3 per class.
In this method of weaving , there is no right or wrong way ,which makes it perfect for people of all ages and levels of skill; from beginners to experienced weavers/textile artists. Rekindle your creativity whilst having fun exploring this relaxing process and feast on the lovely yarns that you can chose from. Take home a lovely piece of weaving that could be made into a wall hanging , a book cover, a purse.....etc. Just bring your imagination!
Pottery with Adam
Personal Tuition maximum of 2 students per class.
.Learn to throw a pot on the wheel . Have fun learning this fantastic skill. The lesson includes one pot being fired for you.
Prices
Personal Tuition with very small classes max 2 in pottery and 3 in Weaving .. All 2 hour Workshops are £40 per person including materials. If there are two of you doing two workshops on the same day it will cost £75 for both workshops.

Free collection of fired items' alternatively P&P of items will be charged. Firings will happen once the kiln is full.
